Balancing costs while boosting new customer growth.
JustWears is in a highly competitive niche on Amazon, where leading competitors offer products at lower prices. The increasing Cost Per Click (CPC) on Amazon was also challenging in all marketplaces. Juggling to maintain the target Cost Per Action (CPA) and Total Advertising Cost of Sale (TACoS) and at the same time aiming to expand sales and reach more new-to-brand customers.
Solution
From product pages to PPC — optimised for growth.
We optimised product listings with enhanced detail pages, engaging A+ content, and compelling brand stories to highlight the comfort and sustainability of their men’s underwear. We secured the Climate Pledge Friendly badge for listings and store pages, restructured campaigns to include branded, mid-funnel, and ASIN targeting, and launched Sponsored Brand and Sponsored Display campaigns to grow awareness and attract new customers. As an early adopter of Perpetua (Sept 2022), we leveraged its tools to optimise PPC performance, maintain target TACoS and CPA, boost brand visibility, and test new advertising strategies.
