Skills/Experience:

​Working at Sitruna

  • This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in the Philippines.
  • The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday on a semi-flexible schedule, consisting of 4 core hours aligned with the UK morning (9AM to 1PM GMT) and 4 flexible hours to complete your 8-hour workday.

​What is the role about?

  • The Amazon Operations Specialist manages the technical health and listing infrastructure for a portfolio of client accounts. This role requires technical expertise in Amazon Seller Central to ensure seamless compliance, inventory flow, and optimized product presence.

​You will be responsible for:

  • Crafting and optimizing product listings, handling Variation Listing, and managing the end-to-end setup of Inventory Management and FBA Shipping
  • Resolving complex issues, including​ but not limited to Trademark Infringement, IP Complaints, Listing Reinstatement, and overall Compliance Management
  • Creating and managing Coupons, Deals, and Discounts, as well as managing Orders and SFP (Seller Fulfilled Prime)
  • Sharing new knowledge and best practices with the team to ensure everyone is updated on new tools and technical solutions

​You’re a great fit if you have...

  • At least 4 to 5 years of solid experience in the following key areas:
    • Product Listing and Optimization
    • Product Launching and Ranking
    • Inventory Management, FBA Shipping, and Setup
    • Trademark Infringement, IP Complaints, Listing Reinstatement, and Compliance Management
  • A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical issues related to account health and product listings
  • Exceptional ability to stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to regularly update brand managers and clients on technical progress and solutions
  • Deep familiarity with Amazon Seller Central tools and processes for managing orders, listings, and promotions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment
